Beginning Tuesday May 29 - July 31, 2018, GRAY-8-SKATE Camp will operate on Monday – Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

GRAY-8-SKATE Camp will provide many activities, projects, games, and enrichment activities. The campers will have the opportunity to engage in physical activities focused on the development of fine motor and gross motor skills. Periodically we will have special activities, such as if weather permits, outside water activities, and outside inflatable activities.
All Campers must be enrolled in the upcoming school year (5 years and up). We will provide breakfast snack, lunch, afternoon snack and drinks for $3.00 per day or they can bring their own.

It is suggested that parents label articles of clothing and other possessions brought to camp. Easy identification of belongings will prevent them from being lost or misplaced. Campers are permitted to bring electronic devices to camp. GRAY-8-SKATE will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken objects.

If you would like your child (ren) to attend GRAY-8-SKATE Camp, please thoroughly read the attached policies and guidelines of GRAY-8-SKATE. Please select your preferred agreement, complete the information, and sign at the bottom. After reading the information on conduct, pick-ups, and medications, please sign and date at the bottom. Finally, complete the GRAY-8-SKATE Camper information sheets, liability waivers and sign at the bottom of each.
Thank you for supporting Gray-8-Skate, and we look forward to serving your family this summer!

Sincerely,
Tammy C. Wells
Gray-8-Skate Owner & Camp Coordinator
