Summer Steelhead Fly Fishing - Lower Rogue River ½ Pounders, great fly rod action 30 plus fish per day common. We can also expect to hook-up several adult Summer Steelhead per day in the 3 to 8 pound range. 5wt. To 6wt. Rods. Experience levels from novice to experienced. Best times Mid September to mid November. Wading and casting or fishing from the boat.
