Training is easy and done online. Your Partywirks license includes up to 5 hours of personal help from Partywirks staff. The goal of our training is to educate and train your staff on the features and benefits of Partywirks and how to use Partywirks independently everyday in your business.

| Can Partywirks process credit cards online? |

Yes, your customers will be able to use their Visa, MasterCard or American Express with Partywirks. Authorize.net and Plug N Pay are current options for online card processing and one of them is required if you want to process credit cards online. Setup is simple as Partywirks is already processing cards using these two merchant processors. All we need is your merchant ID and password to make the connection.
| Can Partywirks collect deposit information without processing the card online? |

Yes. We call this option of credit card information collecting “capture and hold”. We capture the information necessary to process the deposit payment manually and we hold this information in your secure Partywirks Workbench where you can retrieve the card information as desired.
| Is there a contract? How long do I have to sign up for? |

There is no long-term commitment and no contracts. Our philosophy is if you like our products, services and the results, you’ll stick with us. If you don’t, you won’t. So far we have a 99% renewal rate.

| What are the advantages of real-time card processing through a card processor like Authorize.net vs. the capture and hold method? |

The “capture and hold” method does not require an online merchant processing service. However, credit cards are not verified nor are any fund transfers automatically initiated with this option. You do have more control over when you charge deposits. Some do it immediately, other party venues do not charge the card at all for the deposit and wait for the day of the party and charge the card when their customer is present. When you use a online merchant services processor like Authorize.net credit cards are verified and deposit charges are processed instantly and automatically with no need for manual intervention.
